This equipment is the special grinding equipment for the cement-lining layer of DI pipe. After lining the in wall of DI pipe, the cement surface maybe rugged or have impurities or laitance layer, this will affect the internal surface quality of pipe and its use. Therefore, the cement-lining surface needs for grinding and for achieving the improvement of the cement lining smoothness of the in wall of DI pipe as well as decrease the resistance coefficient for water feeding.
The equipment arranges double grinding heads, i.e. has two internal cement grinding machines, and they grind from socket direction and spigot direction respectively for increasing productivity. In order to dust-proof during grinding, circulating water is required to avoid dust and remove the grinding heat of grinding wheel. The sewage produced from grinding will be discharged through special barrel-drain.
The stone grinder MJSG is especially suited for use as a stone grinder in the production of whole grain products – primarily from wheat and rye. Epoxy (p.u.) paint may also be applied based on the requirement and surrounding operational conditions.
